The Rodney Ketcham Park is just East of the drawbridge in port. It offers a boat ramp, restrooms, fishing area, covered picnic tables, and great views of the cruise ships. As you can see in the photos below, the boat ramp cuts sharply to the East. We have successfully unloaded a 27′ cat-boat using this ramp, but it took some maneuvering to get off the trailer and not hit the dock. A v-hull or smaller LOA boat would not have a problem here.

Access here is limited- This ramp is very difficult for boats over ~24′ in length and I would recommend using the main ramps at port if your boat is larger than 24′
